Wheel of Life Online Self-Assessment.
The Wheel of Life is an online self-assessment. As part of the self-assessment, personal data is collected. These are:
- Age
- Gender
- Educational level
- Country
- Professional group
Your rights according to the GDPR are as follows (Article 13 ff. GDPR, §§ 32 ff. BDSG-new):
Right to information and rectification
As your participation is anonymous, you cannot exercise your rights of access and rectification. If you have entered your email, you can exercise your rights of access and rectification. (Articles 15, 16 and 19 GDPR, § 58 BDSG-neu).
Right to erasure
You have the right to have personal data concerning you deleted if this data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if a retention period based on a corresponding legal provision has expired. (Articles 17 and 19 GDPR, § 35 and 58 BDSG-neu). To delete your entries (answers to the self-test), please send an informal e-mail to resilience@tlexinstitute.com, stating your e-mail address. If you do not delete your data/answers, they will be stored anonymously for scientific purposes without a deletion period.
Right to object
In principle, you also have a general right to object to lawful data processing that is in the public interest, is carried out in the exercise of official authority or is based on the legitimate interest of a body (Article 21 GDPR, Section 36 BDSG-neu).
Consent to the processing of personal data and right to withdraw such consent
The processing of your personal data is only lawful with your consent (Article 6 GDPR, § 51 BDSG-neu).
